Sheba is a beautiful girl, thought to be around 15 months old, she is micro chipped but not spayed or vaccinated. This poor little girl has had such a horrible start to life, she started off her life in a scrap yard she was then passed onto a guy who used to leave her all day and then come home shout at her and then knock her around because she had made a mess. The neighbour above managed to persuaded the guy to give her to him and he in turn found her a rescue place.
Sheba came to us just as the lock down came in, we were lucky enough to find her a foster space with a lovely couple who have been learning about her and her needs.
Sheba is great in the home, she is house trained, lets you know when she needs to go out. She loves to chase after a ball and play with her toys, she is an active little girl and needs to be kept busy. When she does wind down, she does love to be fussed. Sheba is crate trained.
Outside is another matter with Sheba she is very nervous of strangers and other dogs, she does get quite vocal and strains to get to both, so she needs a family who is able to work with her on her social skills, she would also like a home where she has a job so for example agility, scent work any activity where she needs to use her mind. Sheba needs to be an only dog with no cats or children.
If you have the experience and time to help Sheba with her fear of the outside world and work with her on her social skills please go to our website and complete our adoption questionnaire.
